Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. You will receive an email and/or SMS with your shipment tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festive periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
- Prepaid orders below ₹999: ₹49 flat
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below ₹500: ₹50 COD handling charge
- COD orders ₹500 and above: FREE
4. Cash on Delivery
COD is available on select pin codes across India. At checkout, enter your pin code to confirm COD availability. We recommend prepaid for faster processing and no handling charges.
5. Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi, India. Goods are shipped via reputed courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, or similar).
6. Order Tracking
A tracking link is sent via email/SMS once your order ships. You can also log in to your VITMINVEDA account under My Orders to check your shipment status in real time.
7. Failed Deliveries & RTO
If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to our warehouse (RTO), we will contact you to re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges of ₹49 apply for re-dispatch. COD orders returned undelivered may not be eligible for re-dispatch without a prepaid payment.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact support@vitminveda.com with photographs. See our Refund & Returns Policy for next steps.
