Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment
At VITMINVEDA, every product leaves our facility after careful quality inspection. If something is not right, we are here to help.
2. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery for any of the following reasons:
- Product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking
- Wrong product or variant was shipped
- Product is missing from your order
- Product is past its expiry date
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Lip balms, lip scrubs, and personal care items (once seal is broken)
- Incense sticks and fragrance products (once packaging is opened)
- Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions
- Gift sets where individual components have been separated or used
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@vitminveda.com within 7 days of delivery with subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
- Attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the issue
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our warehouse address (provided in the RMA email)
- Return shipping costs are borne by VITMINVEDA for damaged or incorrect items; customer bears the cost for all other eligible returns
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- UPI / Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer to an account you provide; allow 7–10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
6. Replacement Option
You may choose a replacement of the same product instead of a refund. Replacements are dispatched within 2 business days of us receiving the returned item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before they enter processing. Email support@vitminveda.com immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — please follow the return process above.
8. Grievance Officer
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:
